• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls to schedule patient appointments across multiple clinics.
• Outbound calls to schedule appointments with specialists.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information and secure records as needed.
• Schedule office procedures and coordinate with facilities.
