You'll work Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays on rotation, coordinate with providers and office staff, maintain records, referrals, and communication to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid US driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Collect and post patient co-payments.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding schedules and billing.
• Maintain records and daily cash deposits.
• Communicate with providers and patients about referrals.
• Assist with patient education and referral processing.
