Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop client service or housing plans.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and communities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct client service and safety supervision of participants and guests.
• Enforce site rules and HomeFirst guidelines.
• Assist guests with intake, housing plan development, and referrals.
• Document services provided in HMIS within 3 business days.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
