Job summary

Archway is seeking a Part-time Client Advocate for overnight shifts (Friday and Saturday, 11pm–7am) to support survivors in our shelter. The role focuses on stabilizing residents, conducting intakes, and ensuring a safe, healing environment through clear communication and steady presence.

You will respond to crises, assist with daily living needs, and help maintain documentation and shelter safety, all while upholding dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a residential facility, shelter, or similar environment required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living needs.
• Conducting intake assessments and resident orientations.
• Maintaining accurate, timely client documentation.
• Preparing rooms for new residents.
• Conducting regular safety checks throughout the facility.
• Providing general shelter coverage with confidence and minimal supervision.
