Qualifications

• Active MT certification or at least one year of senior care experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow MAR to administer meds per physician orders.
• Follow Six rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non‑licensed team members on shift.
• Model the Bickford Mission “Whatever it Takes” to the team.
