Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification in good standing or at least one year of care experience with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow the resident MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Adhere to the Six rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification on medication care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed care staff as appropriate.
• Demonstrate Bickford’s Mission on shift as a leader.
