Qualifications

• Requires active Medication Technician Certification or at least one year of senior care experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; state training may be needed.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow Six Rights of medication administration and company policies.
• Utilize eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members when needed.
• Demonstrate the Bickford Mission to the team on shift.
