You will answer calls, collect information, dispatch technicians, track progress, communicate updates, solve problems, and ensure every job is properly documented. Second shift 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM; on-site in Winthrop Harbor, IL.

This position is designed for someone who has already learned how to deliver excellent service in a demanding environment and is ready to apply those skills to a professional operations career.

You may currently be a restaurant team leader, hospitality professional, retail supervisor, customer service representative, medical scheduler, or front-desk coordinator.

THE JOB

You will coordinate emergency truck and trailer repair services for commercial fleet customers.

You will answer calls, collect information, dispatch technicians, track progress, communicate updates, solve problems, and make sure every job is properly documented.
