Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Customer Care Dispatch Specialist for our operations center in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois.

This role answers breakdown calls, gathers information, dispatches mobile repair technicians, and communicates estimated arrival times and updates.

No prior dispatch or trucking experience is required; we’re looking for someone with exceptional customer service instincts, strong communication, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, but not required.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Hospitality, retail or service industry background is a plus.

Our commercial fleet customers operate around the clock. When one of their drivers experiences a breakdown, they need someone who will answer, take control, and keep them informed.

That person could be you.

Previous dispatch or trucking experience is not required. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service instincts, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
