Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to grow into dispatch and operations. No prior trucking or dispatch experience required, we will teach you the rest.

You will handle calls from drivers and fleet customers, gather breakdown information, dispatch mobile repair technicians, and keep customers updated through every step of the service call, focusing on accuracy and timeliness. This is a first-shift, on-site role in Winthrop Harbor, IL.

Qualifications

• No prior trucking or dispatch experience required.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments welcome.
• Must be dependable and able to stay calm during rush periods.
• Willingness to learn dispatch software and company processes.

You do not need previous trucking or dispatch experience.

You may currently work in a restaurant, hotel, retail store, medical office, call center, or another fast-paced environment where customers expect outstanding service.
