Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant management experience.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Excellent English communication (verbal / written).
• Strong analytical skills to summarize data for reports.
• Must hold or obtain required licenses/Badges for commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facility and fleet condition and appearance.
• Supervises shift staff and ensures operational standards.
• Trains staff to perform their responsibilities.
• Completes projects on operational improvements and maintenance.
• Manages customer service issues and enforces company policies.
• Assists with shift coverage and regulatory compliance.
