The Parking Spot in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations, oversee the facility and fleet, and lead staffing efforts in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role runs Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm to midnight, with Monday and Tuesday off.

You will play a key role in hiring, training, and supervising staff while acting like an owner of the facility. Ample growth opportunities exist into General Manager roles.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant management experience.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Ability to prioritize work and promptly follow directions.
• Excellent English communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to take a physical and pass interstate driver certification if required.

Mansioni

• Oversee facility and fleet condition and appearance.
• Supervise employees within a shift to meet standards.
• Train employees on responsibilities.
• Complete projects related to operations improvements and maintenance.
• Manage customer service issues and enforce policies.
