The Parking Spot in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations of a parking facility and fleet. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, maintain service standards, and act like an owner.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role with growth potential; many assistants advance to general manager. The position offers a stable schedule Wednesday through Sunday, with evenings, and a competitive salary with overtime eligibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or relevant management experience.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Excellent English communication (verbal/written).
• Strong analytical skills to summarize data for reports.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee facility and fleet operations with day-to-day management.
• Supervise and train staff to meet operational standards.
• Handle customer service issues and enforce company policies.
• Complete projects related to maintenance and operational improvements.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to staffing needs.
