Job summary

The Parking Spot is hiring an Assistant Manager in Columbus, OH, working Wednesday to Sunday, 4pm–12am. You will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, oversee the facility and fleet, and help hire, train, and manage staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant management experience.
• Excellent English communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports.
• Must hold or obtain licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle, including a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility and fleet as part of the operations leadership team.
• Supervise and train staff to meet operational standards.
• Complete projects related to operational improvements and shuttle repair.
• Manage customer service issues and enforce company policies.
• Respond to shift coverage needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
