The Parking Spot is seeking an Assistant Manager in Columbus to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of a facility. You will oversee the facility and fleet, hire and train staff, and act like an owner on a daily basis while growing into management opportunities across the organization.

This role offers a clear path from Assistant Manager to General Manager with a culture of teamwork, stability, and opportunities for advancement, along with a strong emphasis on customer service

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant management experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule.
• Ability to prioritize work and promptly follow directions.
• Excellent English communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports.
• Must hold or obtain licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle, including a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to undergo physical and Interstate driver requirements per regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the facility and fleet appearance and condition.
• Supervises employees within a shift to ensure operational standards.
• Trains employees to perform their responsibilities.
• Completes projects related to operational improvements, maintenance and shuttle repair.
• Manages customer service issues effectively.
• Enforces company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Contacts staff to cover shifts or covers shifts personally when needed.
• Complies with federal, state, and local vehicle operation regulations.
• Performs additional duties as requested by Management.
