Job summary

The Parking Spot in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations of our facility and fleet. This fast-paced, customer-facing role empowers you to act like an owner and lead a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant management experience is required.
• Excellent English communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong analytical skills to summarize data for reports.
• Must hold or be able to obtain all applicable licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle, including a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the physical condition and appearance for the facility and fleet.
• Supervises the performance of employees within a shift to ensure operational standards are met.
• Trains employees to perform their specific responsibilities.
• Completes assigned projects relating to operational improvements, maintenance and shuttle repair.
• Effectively manages all customer service issues that may arise.
• Enforces all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Responds to shift coverage needs by contacting employees or covering shifts.
• Complies with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
