Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to lead a team of engineers at customer sites, installing, maintaining and supporting Packsize equipment. You will coordinate service delivery, ensure safety compliance, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.

The role requires strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility with work hours and travel to client locations. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Completion of required training courses.
• Expert knowledge of Packsize hardware and software technologies.
• Understand and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Effective written communication of worksite status.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Resident Service Engineers.
• Install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Provide 5-Star customer service and build customer relationships.
• Train and coach team members on technical tasks and processes.
• Manage site workload and ensure timely preventative maintenance.
• Maintain 100% accuracy of spare parts inventory.
• Escalate and resolve complex equipment issues with support resources.
• Review time cards and expense reports.
• Travel to customer sites for installs and trainings as needed.
