Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to lead a team of service engineers at customer sites in Stockton, CA. You will install, maintain, and support Packsize equipment while delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work Thur-Sun nights with some travel. Associate degree or technical training is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Associate degree or vocational training is required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resident Service Engineers at customer sites.
• Install, maintain and support Packsize equipment.
• Ensure 5-Star service and meet performance KPIs.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and manage spare parts at sites.
