Job summary

Qualifications

MSN or higher nursing degree required.
Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
Clinical experience relevant to nursing courses being taught.
Experience with nursing education or teaching preferred.
Experience with LMS and educational technology.
Ability to supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
Create a positive learning environment and evaluate student performance.
Prepare progress reports and maintain attendance records.
Attend faculty meetings and maintain professional qualifications.
Collaborate with faculty, administration, clinical partners, and campus.
Perform duties as assigned by the Program Director/Program Dean.
