Qualifications

• Must hold an MSN or higher nursing degree.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state.
• Experience teaching or clinical instruction preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to nursing students.
• Supervise students in clinical environments and ensure safe nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners.
