Job summary

Endeavor Health’s Linden Oaks Hospital in Naperville is hiring a Mental Health Associate I for the evening shift. You will facilitate groups, support patient participation, and ensure safety through one-to-one supervision, with real-time documentation and clear handoffs between units.

The role supports treatment planning with the interdisciplinary team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field (or equivalent) and flexibility to work evenings; CPI and CPR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Behavioral Health required.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s in non-Behavioral Health with at least 1 year of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program communities groups.
• Encourages patient participation in therapeutic activities.
• Provides one-to-one supervision to ensure patient safety.
• Conducts unit rounds and completes precautions records in real time.
• Orients new patients and provides handoff information.
• Participates in treatment planning with interdisciplinary team.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Behavioral Health
