Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Mental Health Associate I for the Linden Oaks Naperville location. This part-time role (20 hours) offers an evening shift (3:00-11:30pm) with rotating weekends/holidays.

You will supervise and support patients, lead groups, and assist in care planning within a multidisciplinary team. A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field is required, or a non-behavioral degree with at least one year of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health related field is required.
• Alternatively, a non-Behavioral Health degree with at least one year of behavioral health experience.
• Maintain information as highly confidential and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead didactic and therapeutic groups and encourage patient participation.
• Provide one-to-one supervision to ensure patient safety and treatment involvement.
• Orient new patients and relay information during handoffs between units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on treatment plans and discharge input.
• Complete patient, program and department documentation.
• Perform clerical tasks to support department operations.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to shift charge and families.
