The Mental Health Associate I position at Linden Oaks Hospital in Naperville is a full-time evening-shift role (3:00-11:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays. You support direct patient care, assist with treatment planning, and help facilitate groups within assigned programs while maintaining safety and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a related field (or a non-behavioral degree with one year of behavioral health experience).

Qualificações

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health related field.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a non-Behavioral Health related field with a minimum of one year of behavioral health experience.
• Maintain information as highly confidential.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and seek supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program community groups within the assigned treatment programs.
• Encourages and facilitates patients’ participation in therapeutic activities.
• Supervises patients to ensure their safety and involvement in treatment.
• Completes patient, program, and department documentation.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Behavioral Health related field

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in non-Behavioral Health related field with 1+ year behavioral health experience
