Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Mental Health Associate I for the Linden Oaks Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time evening shift role supports patient care and safety across treatment programs, with a 3:00pm–11:30pm schedule and rotating holidays/weekends.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or related field, or a non-behavioral degree with at least one year of behavioral health experience. CPI and CPR certifications are required within specified windows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field; or non-behavioral with behavioral health experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Willingness to seek supervision when needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates groups and encourages patient participation in therapeutic activities.
• Provides one-to-one supervision to ensure patient safety.
• Orientates new patients and maintains hand-off information between units.
• Participates in treatment planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Completes patient, program, and department documentation.
• Performs clerical tasks to support department operations.
• Monitors progress and communicates with caregivers and family.
