• Skills in teaching or assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Experience with therapeutic limit-setting and milieu management is a plus

Aufgaben

• Facilitates groups and supports treatment programs.
• Encourages patient participation in therapeutic activities.
• Supervises patients to ensure safety and involvement in treatment.
• Provides one-to-one supervision to ensure patient safety.
• Conducts unit rounds and maintains real-time precautions records.
• Accurately labels precautions records and orients new patients to unit and milieu.
• Communicates patient progress and handoffs to oncoming shifts and families.
• Participates in treatment planning with interdisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Completes patient, program and department documentation.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support department operations.
