Qualifications

• Be an advocate of empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and capabilities and create engagement plans.
• Set up environments and routines to guide residents throughout the day (mise en scène).
• Assist residents with daily living activities and partner with them.

• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
• Prepare dining rooms and living spaces for meals and events.
