Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Active and energetic attitude with residents.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Be a Patient Observer to learn residents' interests and create engagement plans.
• Master the mise en scène—set the stage for daily routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.
