Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Aide for the 11pm–7am shift in Saint Peters, MO. This part-time role focuses on compassionate care for memory care residents, documentation, and daily engagement. The position requires empathy, reliability, and strong English communication with residents and staff.

Competitive pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth within Arrow Senior Living. The team emphasizes a home-like environment and resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: prepare environments to support daily routines and events.
• Life Partner: support residents through daily activities from waking to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
