Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to play a key role in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and member engagement.

Grow your skills through self-directed progression of hospitality certifications and craft a personalized succession plan to advance your career. You will be the first point of contact for members, building relationships and delivering extraordinary experiences while educating guests about programs, events, pricing, and policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates must multitask, deliver high quality customer service, and demonstrate strong verbal communication.
• Fast-paced environment experience required; ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Bachelor’s or related education preferred; retention certification within 60 days is required.

Responsabilités

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and processing member transactions.
