Life Time seeks a Membership Concierge II to serve as the primary contact for members and guests at the resort, handling account maintenance, program information, and member services to create outstanding experiences.

You will assist with membership sales, process member needs and payments, and educate on events and pricing while maintaining a friendly, professional approach in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be able to multitask and deliver high quality customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences for members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Maintains knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members.
• Assists members with account maintenance, processing needs, changes and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Participates in problem solving and service recovery using available tools and resources.
