Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to deliver exceptional member experiences, manage account maintenance, and promote club programming, events, and services. You will engage with members and guests, handling inquiries and payments while delivering personalized service in a resort setting.

You’ll answer inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition, demonstrate a hospitality mindset, and grow professional skills through ongoing certification

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and member needs including payments.
• Support new membership sales and retention through engagement.
• Resolve issues and perform service recovery using available tools.
