You will grow through hospitality certification levels and develop a personalized progression plan. The role focuses on delivering extraordinary experiences, educating members about club programming, events, and policies, and supporting new memberships and retention.

Qualifications

• Multi-tasking, high-quality customer service and service recovery are required.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for 4 hours.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor is essential.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions.
