Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification in good standing or at least 1 year in senior care.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Willing to take additional state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following MAR to dispense medications per physician orders.
• Follow Six rights of medication administration and internal policies.
• Utilize eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification on resident care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members as appropriate.
• Model Bickford's Mission in daily shift leadership.
