Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification or 1+ year of senior care experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong time management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Adhere to Six Rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize eMAR system for med administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members on shift.
