Job summary

Bickford Senior Living, located in Greenwood, IN, is seeking a Medication Technician to support resident care by safely administering daily medications with compassion and dignity. Evening shifts (3-11pm) are available, with daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

The role follows the MAR, uses the six rights of medication administration, and utilizes the eMAR system for accuracy. Active certification or recent senior-care experience and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Certification or 1+ year experience in senior care.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to use the eMAR system for med administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow MAR to administer meds per physician orders.
• Follow Six rights of medication administration and policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for med administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on medications.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff.
• Lead by example in the Bickford Mission on shift.
