Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bernville, PA is seeking a 2nd Shift Site Support Technician to install, maintain, and support IT systems across our facility. You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, and collaborate with teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years IT support experience, with hands-on work on desktops, peripherals, and basic networking. Shift is 3:30pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.

2nd Shift Site Support Technician

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm to 11:30pm

We are seeking a hands‑on and proactive Site Support Technician (IT/IS Key User) to support our facility’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems and services to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable configuring hardware and software, responding to service requests, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• May require occasional after‑hours support or weekend availability.
