Job summary

DHL eCommerce in Kentucky (CVG) is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to provide enterprise-level IT support for customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware, install applications, and resolve network issues across sites.

This role requires independent work, strong customer service, and the ability to travel up to 10% for site readiness and peak-season deployments. A Bachelor's degree in IT and 2+ years of desktop support experience are preferred, with certifications welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience required.
• Two years of PC Technician/Desktop Support experience required.
• Proficient in Windows Desktop troubleshooting and hardware/software installation.
• Knowledge of AD, remote control utilities, and service desk tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary IT contact across multiple sites and provide exceptional customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues; escalate when needed.
• Install, replace, and configure Windows desktops, printers, scanners, and Microsoft Office.
• Document issues and resolutions in the incident management system.
• Assist with site readiness and deployments during peak periods.
