RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to support Fanuc robotics and CNC equipment in Cedarburg, WI. This direct-hire role offers a dedicated 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience, hands-on robotics/CNC troubleshooting, and a stable work history. US work authorization is required, with a 1-hour commute to Cedarburg.

Qualificações

3–5 years hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
Ability to read complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
Demonstrated career stability with 2+ years at each employer; US work authorization.
Residency within 1 hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsabilidades

Lead robotic and CNC recovery; troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB systems and perform line recovery.
Repair and maintain electrical control circuits, transformers, bus bars, PLCs.
Diagnose and rebuild hydraulic/pneumatic systems and related components.
Maintain furnaces, gear reducers, forklifts; service die casting tooling areas.
Move dies with forklifts; assist with die assembly, teardown, and minor repairs.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance; maintain 5S workspace; log repairs.
