Job summary

Tyson Foods in Zeeland, MI is seeking a detail-oriented HR systems support specialist. You will provide process and transactional support for HR systems and handle cases via Service Now, chat, and phone.

You will be the first contact for People Operations, supporting a high volume of data entry for hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other confidential items. You will monitor various HR inboxes, escalate to COE or Leadership as needed, and collaborate with the People Operations team to

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Experience: 2+ years in a customer support role with data entry.
Computer skills: intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
Understanding of HR systems and processes is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes.
Serve as first point of contact for support calls routed to People Operations.
Assist with high-volume data entry for hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
Monitor HR inboxes and route or elevate to appropriate teams as needed.
Resolve first-level HR inquiries via Service Now, chat, and phone.
