• Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact with a broad range of end users with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Special Skills: Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support – 100%: Provide basic navigation support for routine correspondence per established procedures.
• Review and update key business processes and general master data components.
• Collaborate with People Operations to achieve faster SLA in support.
