Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming, outgoing, network and interfacility calls for hospital services.
• Provide on-call information, patient information, and directory assistance.
• Monitor alarms and emergency communications and relay to responding teams.
• Dispatch services and document on-call activity and log emergencies.
• Enter and process facility work orders and clinical requests as needed.
