Job Description:

Accepts and directs all incoming calls to computerized PBX system. The ability to multitask in a high-volume call center environment with speed and accuracy. Excellent verbal communication skills and a good listener, cooperative and enjoys working with others as part of a team.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Six months to one (1) year experience as an operator in a healthcare environment preferred.

Technical Skills:

Computer proficiency, knowledge of working with switchboards, two-way radios, and alarm monitoring skills.

License/Certification:

None

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
