Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin (Milwaukee) seeks a part-time Nursing Assistant for the Aurora Zilber Hospice Residence. This PM shift runs 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, 24 hours weekly, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Under RN supervision you’ll assist with daily patient care, monitor vitals, document in EMR, and help with admissions, transfers, and discharge. BLS within 45 days and CNA in good standing are required, along with strong communication and compassionate teamwork.

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Providers required within 45 days.
• Nurse Aide in good standing in the state registry.
• GED or High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care activities (bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, ambulation).
• Document vitals, intake/output, and weights in EMR accurately.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and keep patient areas clean and stocked.
