Job summary

Towne Park LLC is hiring for Hotel Guest Services Associate (Non-Driving) to deliver welcoming, service-oriented experiences in our hospitality environments. You will assist guests, patients, and visitors, helping with directions, luggage, mobility equipment, and other needs, while supporting food and beverage and other site operations.

We seek reliable, professional team players who communicate well and stay calm in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, luggage, mobility equipment, and other service-related needs.
• Support guest services, hospitality, food and beverage, and other site operations as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas.
• Complete required documentation and communications accurately.
