Sleep Inn & Suites Lancaster is seeking a 2nd Shift Front Office Supervisor to lead the guest service team. You will train staff, manage front desk tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction during evening hours. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

The position is active from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., requires weekend and holiday availability, and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front office or guest service roles.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership position.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Conduct training for front desk and night audit teams.
