Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our lodge to deliver warm, professional service and act as the first impression for guests. This 2nd shift role runs 3pm–11pm, with weekend and holiday availability required.

You will answer multi-line phones, create reservations, check guests in/out, process payments, and provide information to all guests, while maintaining accuracy and a friendly demeanor. Candidates must be at least 18, comfortable handling cash, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist guests professionally and efficiently.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic arithmetic.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones courteously and professionally.
• Create new reservations in person, by email, or by phone.
• Greet and register guests, handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Collect and post payments to guest accounts.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests.
