Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Operate the front desk and PMS to check-in/check-out guests.
• Process payments and balance end-of-day cash and reports.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with poise.
• Maintain a clean, orderly front desk area and assist with admin tasks.
