The Highlands at Harbor Springs, part of Boyne Resorts, is seeking an Evening Supervisor for the Slopeside Lounge to lead a dynamic team and ensure excellent guest service and smooth daily operations.

You will supervise team members, assist with scheduling, address guest concerns, and support the training and development of new staff, working closely with management to uphold high service standards and a positive team environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6–12 months of supervisory or related experience required.
• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic skills in bartending, POS systems, and computers.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and teamwork.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily operations including staffing levels, billing transactions, and inventory management.
• Ensure the bar and lounge areas remain clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with culinary and other departments to plan and coordinate lounge operations.
• Maintain awareness of safety procedures including accident prevention and fire safety.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational processes.
• Supervise approximately 8–12 team members, including assigning work, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and addressing concerns.
• Support team development by training new employees and providing guidance to current staff.
• Assist with rearranging tables or lounge setup when needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
