Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6–12 months of supervisory or related experience required.
• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic skills in bartending, POS systems, and computers.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and teamwork.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

In this role, you will help lead a dynamic team while ensuring excellent guest service and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include supervising team members, assisting with scheduling, addressing guest concerns, and supporting the training and development of new staff.
