Job summary

Comfort Suites is seeking friendly Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, handle reservations, and assist with inquiries to ensure memorable stays.

Responsibilities include nightly audit tasks, balancing revenue, and maintaining accurate records in the hotel PMS. Weekend and holiday availability is required; training is provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
• Answer calls and assist with reservations and inquiries.
• Process room reservations, payments, deposits and refunds.
• Verify guest identifications and payment methods.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the PMS.
• Balance cash drawers and complete shift reports.
• Keep front desk and lobby organized and guest-ready.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prep rooms.
• Follow hotel policies and brand standards.
